What to Expect After You Register

Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps. Please review the following carefully to ensure a smooth clinic experience:

Waiver / Hold Harmless Agreement

During registration, you will be required to review and electronically agree to our Hold Harmless / Liability Waiver. This electronic acknowledgment is securely recorded and legally binding. No additional paperwork is required unless otherwise noted.

Participant Questionnaire

All riders must complete the brief participant questionnaire that will be emailed before clinic. This information helps us and the clinician prepare appropriately for each horse-and-rider combination.

Required Documents (Riders Only)

Riders will be prompted to upload:

A current negative Coggins

Any required health documentation These files are securely attached to your registration record.

Confirmation & Records

All submitted information — including waiver acknowledgment, questionnaire responses, and uploaded documents — is stored with your registration and accessible to event administrators.

Please be sure that you have all required gear for your work, i.e., rope halter/lead/whip.

Weather & Scheduling Notice:

Weather & Scheduling Notice: Silver Brook Stables clinics are held at an outdoor facility. In the event of unsafe or unworkable weather conditions, clinics will be rescheduled to a future date rather than canceled. Registration fees and deposits will be applied to the rescheduled clinic date. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related postponements. Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may transfer their registration to another eligible rider or auditor with prior approval from Silver Brook Stables. All scheduling decisions are made with the safety of horses, riders, and clinicians as the top priority.

Clinic Format:

Sample Daily Schedule:

• 8:00–10:00 • 10:30–12:30 • 1:30–3:30 • 4:00–6:00 Time adjustments may occur depending on weather and season.

What to Expect:

Jeremy begins each day with foundational groundwork, progressing to riding work as appropriate. Riders will be grouped by skill level, experience, and goals, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Spectators/auditors are welcome but must purchase "auditor" ticket.

Registration Procedure:

Private Sessions

A limited number of private lessons may be available outside clinic hours ($125) per 45 minutes; max 3 per day). Session times are assigned at end of day, and only if Jeremy approves it that day. There is not an option to pay for this now as it will be a day by day, case by case decision by Jeremy.

Clinic Options & Optional Training Equipment/Auditor Ticket & Raffle Tickets/You may select quantities for any merchandise or raffle tickets you wish to purchase, subject to availability.
